Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business analysts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality analysis and project outcomes
Oversee the allocation of resources, workload distribution, and project assignments within the business analysis team
Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams
Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
Cooperate with Development/Systems Administration team and third-parties to implement on systems/applications, design, validate & manage the implementation of the solutions
Maintain the updates of the documents developed during the requirement collection, analysis, system/application design

Graduated from University or higher in the fields of Information Technology or Banking and Finance
Have at least 5 years of knowledge and experience as BA in the field of online transactions or relevant experience in finance
Have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Team Leader/ Manager with 5+ team members
Extensive experience in researching and analyzing market trends and business processes
Have participated in related projects at banks and financial technology (fintech) companies
Experience in writing SQL queries and using data visualization techniques and tools
Have knowledge about banking products
Management and implementation skills
In-depth research and analytical skills
Problem-solving and presentation skills
English reading comprehension and fluent communication
